Sesame Noodles with Fresh Vegetables

Sesame Noodles with Fresh Vegetables | Get Inspired Everyday!

I love Sesame Noodles in the summer! A tangle of noodles and vegetables coated in a nutty sauce with hints of garlic and ginger, all topped with fresh cilantro and green onions. This isn’t entirely authentic, but I love adding fresh vegetable and herbs to my Sesame Noodles. Not only does it make a well rounded meal out of them, but I also like them better this way.

Danny On Trail – Big Mountain

Danny On Trail - Big Mountain | Get Inspired Everyday!

The Danny On Trail winds it’s way up Big Mountain, now known as Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort. The main trail is 3.8 miles to the top, gaining 2,434 feet. At the top, you can see into Glacier National Park and across the whole valley to Flathead Lake. This trail is beautiful by early July with the hillsides covered in wildflowers. My favorite time to hike the Danny On is in the early fall when the colors turn to reds and golds, and you can still pick a few huckleberries near the top.
