You can’t beat coming home on a cold winters’ day and being enveloped by the smell of rosemary and pork. Glacier National Park – It was a dark cloudy day on Sperry trail. The cedars were dusted with fresh snow fall and looking like a holiday card. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend the holidays than to be tromping through the snow in the crisp mountain air.

It’s Tyler’s birthday this week and Raspberry Rolls are his choice for breakfast. Raspberry anything is a favorite around here, especially in the winter. The berries freeze so well and taste like summer in January.
There is something about the crisp apples, sweet cranberries, and tangy feta cheese that make this salad a favorite of mine. A balsamic dressing doesn’t hurt either.
