Glacier National Park – Today we tramped up Going to the Sun road to where the bridge crosses the river.
Along the way there were glimpses of some smaller falls.
In the summer the water has a glacier blue tinge, but even more so in the winter
We continued up the road chasing the bit of blue sky on the horizon.
The inversion never lifted but it made for a fantastic eyeshadow-blue tinge in the clouds.

Did you snowshoe? Great pictures. Making me homesick…
We didn’t snowshoe this time, the trail was hard packed and we just walked up in boots.
