Spring is Finally Here!

Today I just couldn’t resist posting a few photos of Spring. Even though they don’t qualify as an adventure, I wanted to share my Spring excitement with you. Be sure to check back on Friday for the usual weekly adventure.

The crocuses are blooming and the lilacs are budding. I’m so excited to see the green emerging in the landscape. I know that the abundance of summer produce is about to begin. I always get overly excited to go to Farmer’s Market again because everything tastes better when it is freshly picked. In addition to that, the snow in the mountains is melting and in a few weeks we will be able to start hiking some of the mountains closer to the valley.

What? is that dandelions growing with my tulips?!!! Just joking, my flower beds are in a state of complete disarray.

Spring is Finally Here!

See you on Friday for the real adventure post.

    • After you get your tulips in the ground, make sure they get some water if the ground is dry so that they can start putting down their roots. You’ll have tulips late in the season if you plant them now. I can’t wait for mine to bloom.
