I’ve been on a bit of a roll lately with classic treats I loved from childhood. I started a few weeks back with The Ultimate Paleo Lemon Bars, then it was these Blueberry Muffins, and now today we’re on to Strawberry Shortcake.
This salad is based off my all time favorite order at a little Vietnamese place we used to go to. It was our favorite spot for quick lunches when we lived in Calgary. I always got B8 off the menu which was a Saté chicken bun vermicelli dish.
