It’s taken me a long time to start warming up to the Instant Pot. For starters, it seemed like everything I tried ended up with the dreaded ‘BURN’ signal beeping at me. Then there was the fact that if I didn’t somehow set off the burn mechanism, then my food was always under or overcooked.
I’m back with another Instant Pot recipe today, but don’t worry if you don’t have one! I’ve included instructions on how to make this in a slow cooker, and an outline for cooking it in the oven.

Today marks the first ever Instant Pot recipe I’ve done! I do have to admit though, despite everyone saying the Instant Pot is the best thing since sliced bread – no wait… better than sliced bread, I remained unconvinced.
