I’m having what they call ‘a minute’ with brussels sprouts right now! Although to be more specific that ‘minute’ has been going on for about a year now. Last fall when they started arriving at the supermarket, I started getting pounds and pounds of them to take home and roast.
Sometimes I have an idea for a recipe, make it, and everything works the first time like a charm. From there it’s just refining and testing. But then there’s those recipes where I kind of bomb it on the first time around.

When I did a poll over on Insta Stories to see whether I should make a honey mustard or a ranch trail mix, honey mustard ended up winning. But it won by just the narrowest of margins. So I felt like I really needed to make a ranch version as well.
