I’ve been getting lots of requests for more Instant Pot recipes as well as meatless meals. So today is a 2 for 1 kind of situation. Or it may be more than that come to think of it because this Tikka Masala is also vegan and Whole30 too!
Tyler loves apple pie, so it’s a flavor I like to work in as often as possible. So this year with the holidays coming up, I wanted make something around the apple pie concept that would be good for entertaining. The main goal was to keep it gluten free, paleo friendly, and easy to make!
When it comes to side dishes, I like to keep my recipes quick and easy with maximum flavor! We mostly lean towards bowl food types of dishes for an ‘all in one’ approach. But sometimes it’s nice to make a side dish or two to go with a simple entrée.
Ice cream treats are one of the best parts of summer. Not that I restrict ice cream to warmer months or anything, after all we live in Montana where we often have what seems like 8 months of winter.
