This Cranberry Kombucha Mocktail is the definition of festive! It’s so easy to make and with the addition of orange, you get a flavor combination that never gets old. We love making kombucha mocktails and you’ll find a whole list linked below. But this one is a little extra special because it’s so perfect for the holidays. The beautiful deep color of the cranberry is paired together perfectly with some kombuca and sweetened up a touch with orange juice.
1 – 16 oz bottle kombucha, I like GT’s cranberry, ginger, or original
1 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened or sweetened, see notes
1 cup orange juice, see notes
16 ice cubes
Garnishes: 4 slices from 1 mandarin orange, 1/2 cup cranberries, and 4 sprigs of rosemary
Pour the kombucha evenly into 4 – 8 oz glasses. Then top with the cranberry juice and finally the orange juice. Adjust to taste, or add a touch of Grade A amber maple syrup to sweeten if necessary.
You can also mix the liquids together in a mason jar, then pour into the glasses.
Add 3-4 ice cubes to each glass and divide the garnishes between the 4 glasses.
To make this Whole30, add the juices as a splash to taste. Or omit the juices and combine the cranberry kombucha with Spindrift cranberry raspberry sparkling water.
Add the juices to your taste adjusting the cranberry to the orange. Or you can omit the orange altogether and just add cranberry juice for the clearest pinkest drink.
For the cranberry juice, you can buy either unsweetened or sweetened. I like the unsweetened and then I just add orange juice to taste as a sweetener or a touch of Grade A maple syrup.
