Lean Green Smoothie


Description

Loaded with fresh sweet fruit and plenty of greens, this green smoothie packs a delicious punch!


Ingredients

Scale

2 oranges, peeled

2 cups pineapple, chopped

6 kale leaves, stalks removed

2 cups mango kombucha

2 cups water


Instructions

Break up the oranges into quarters and place in the blender. Add remaining ingredients. Start the blender on low and gradually increase speed. It will take 30-45 seconds on high to become smooth.

Notes

I used Cara Cara oranges this time but navel oranges are good also. You can substitute juice or water for the kombucha if desired.
