It’s here… and just in time for all things summer! The idea for this Inspired Ice Creams E-Book was formed in a coffee shop in Fernie BC while sipping a latte, and trying to warm up from a freezing torrential down pour. Maybe I was just trying to conjure up warmer sunny days in my mind, but all of a sudden I knew I was going to write an ice cream ebook for summer.
I wrote down all my ideas, and within the space of 10 minutes, I had more ideas than I could fit in just one ebook, (and it was at this point I definitely knew I was on the right track). The love of all things ice cream runs deep in my family, and I knew writing and testing recipes for months on end wouldn’t be hard at all, in fact it turned out to be a blast!
This ebook has all of your favorite ice creams, toppings, and mix-in’s made gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and grain free. I even nailed down a waffle cone recipe that everyone loves, which was something I wasn’t even sure was possible. But I figured, what’s an ice cream ebook without waffle cones, after all they literally go hand in hand!

You’ll have all the classics like:
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream
- Strawberry Ice Cream, (pictured below)
- Moose Tracks Ice Cream
- Mint Chip
- Cookies ‘n’ Cream, (pictured above)
…. +12 more flavors!
There’s 32 recipes + 143 variations which = 175 total recipe options!
26 recipes are completely egg free – all the recipes are dairy free, gluten free, and grain free – and 26 of the recipes are Vegan!
The recipes are broken up into 3 chapters with a hyperlinked table of contents so you can zip around the ebook with ease.
Chapter 1 includes 18 different ice cream recipes.
Chapter 2 has 5 recipes for completely fruit based ice cream with no added sweeteners.
Chapter 3 has 9 recipes for all sorts of sauces, mix-in’s, and add-on’s.
And since toppings and mix-in’s are half the fun there’s:
- Hot Fudge Sauce, (pictured above)
- Caramel Sauce
- Strawberry Sauce
- Blondie Brownies
- Cookie Dough
- Waffle Cones
- Peanut Butter Cups with other nut butter variations, (pictured below)
When you start mixing and matching different ice creams with toppings and mix-in’s, the list of creations you can make is truly endless, (I listed out 143 variations in the ebook to be exact, but the list goes on from there)! For example the sundaes in the first picture are 3-Ingredient Coconut Ice Cream with Strawberry Sauce, and Hot Fudge Sauce.
Every recipe in the ebook comes with it’s own full page color photo, calorie counts, detailed measurements and instructions, as well as the variations I mentioned. If you’ve been missing ice cream since going dairy free, or you’re trying to cut back on refined sugars and grains, this ebook is going to give you back all your favorites!

Congratulations, my friend! What a fine and delicious accomplishment! Who can ever have enough ice cream recipes? Not me!!
Thank you Annie, and definitely there’s never enough ice cream recipes! You’d think after finishing an ice cream book that I’d be sick of it, but no… I’m still dreaming up flavors in my head!
Congrats on your first e-book, how thrilling! I must say, I’m with you on the waffle cones. Can’t live without them. In particular, love not getting another bowl dirty too, Ha. Just eat the bowl.
Thank you!!! 🙂 And yes to less dishes, especially when it involves waffle cones!
I must get this. It looks amazing. Do you have plans for a normal book?
Thank you, I hope you enjoy it! I don’t have any plans for publishing this as a printed book because of the complications, but you can have it printed off in color at a place like Staples or at home if you have a color printer. I usually just put the pages into page protecters in a 3-ring binder.
I am so excited to have this e book. I loved helping test the recipes and dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. I can guarentee that every recipe is a winner. There are a few that I can’t wait to make and eat the whole thing (in a few sittings) myself. Congratulations on your first book and I hope there are many more to come.
I was super lucky to have you on board with the tasting and the editing! I hope you enjoy the ones you haven’t tasted yet! 😉
