flourless and oh so fudgy, these naturally gluten free brownies will blow you away with their incredible chocolate flavor!
let's jump in and start by measuring out all of the ingredients and preheating the oven. there's lots of tips for each nut butter suggested here, and my favorite for best flavor and texture!
then mix together all of the ingredients until the nut butter and cocoa powder are completely combined.
the batter should be silky smooth and thick just like the photo.
smooth the batter into a baking dish. i like to swirl the top because some of the pattern stays in the baked brownies.
bake until puffed in the center but still quite fudgy. let the brownies cool before slicing them. Or scoop them out of the pan hot as an ice cream topping!
