  • 1 lemon, 3 ounces
  • 6 small sprigs of mint, 3 grams
  • 6 cups of cold water


  1. Cut the ends off the lemon and thinly slice it.
  2. Place the lemon slices and mint sprigs into a pitcher, squeezing them if you want to drink the water right away.
  3. Pour the cold water over the top.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 days or drink right away.
