Description

This Lemon Mint Spa Water is an easy to make infused water. It’s super refreshing and you can change up the combo by using limes or oranges. But you can also use different fresh herbs like basil in place of the mint. I love keeping a pitcher of this infused water in the fridge chilled and ready to go in the summer months. And I’ve also found it’s a great way to hydrate for those that find plain water unappealing.


Ingredients

Scale

1 lemon, 3 ounces

6 small sprigs of mint, 3 grams

6 cups of cold water


Instructions

Cut the ends off the lemon and thinly slice it.

Place the lemon slices and mint sprigs into a pitcher, squeezing them if you want to drink the water right away.

Pour the cold water over the top.

Refrigerate for 1-2 days or drink right away.

Notes

This is only a guideline of a recipe, so feel free to increase or decrease the amounts of lemon and mint.
