For many years I was super dedicated to a weekly at home facial, and my skin definitely thanked me for it. However life does get crazy at times, and I’ve fallen out of this weekly habit. But ‘now’ is always a good time to jump back on the wagon so to speak, and I’ve been working on taking better care of my skin again.
I’ve never actually bought linen spray, the price tag has always been a little too high. There’s also the fact that most of them contain synthetic fragrances, that make both Tyler and I sneeze! Not too long ago though, a good friend bought a bottle for me, (extravagant, spoiling presents are so great).
I first came across this idea on Pinterest and I knew I had to try it! There comes a point in the life of every towel when it’s just not smelling quite right. No matter how much Clorox for colors I’ve used, there was still an ‘off’ smell.
(My latest updated tips for this method are located at the end of the post.)
I love making lip balms because they’re the perfect balance between a chapstick and a lip gloss. Don’t get me wrong there’s definitely a place and use for all 3, but lip balms are my most used lip product.
