banana oatmeal pancakes

These super easy and healthy oatmeal banana pancakes are made in minutes in the blender and are gluten free too.

step 1

Prep all the ingredients for the pancake batter. we love using either cinnamon or cardamom!

step 2

Place the ingredients into the blender with the wet ingredients on the bottom.

step 3

Blend until the batter is mostly smooth with small pieces of oats.

step 4

Cook in small 3-4" pancakes to make them easier to flip, and serve with butter and syrup!
