Easy to make and budget friendly this berry sauce can be customized and is perfect with yogurt, over the top of ice cream or with cheesecake.

Start by measuring out the ingredients listed. you'll find more tips and substitutions on the blog. You can use any type of mixed berries you'd like.

Mix together the maple syrup or honey with the tapioca or cornstarch, then add the frozen berries.

Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until the sauce comes to a boil and thickens.

Serve warm over ice cream, or chill and serve with yogurt or over cheesecake!

1. Use any mixed berries you like, I used blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

2. Add just enough maple syrup to taste, all mixes are different.

3. don't skip the touch of almond extract, it really enhances the berries.
