go for any number of amazing hikes from the harder Navajo Knobs pictured below.

or try something shorter like the incredible Hickman Bridge.

get a bird's eye view of the Fruita District from the Cohab Canyon Trail.

Or take a scenic drive through the backcountry on the 'Loop the Fold' route.

take a break from driving to hike surprise and headquarters canyons partway through the loop the fold drive.

don't miss the famous Burr Trail Switchbacks heading right up the mountain below in the center.
