greek salmon

cedar plank grilled salmon topped with fresh greek salad makes a stunning main dish that couldn't be any easier to make!

step 1

start by soaking your food grade cedar plank. I like to use my turkey roaster which is big enough to fit the plank. Then keep it submerged by placing something heavy on top.

step 2

then when you're ready for dinner, preheat the grill and chop the veggies for the greek salad.

step 3

finish the greek salad and let it sit while you grill so the flavors can develop.

step 4

finally grill the salmon on the soaked cedar plank until just done in the center.

step 5

top the finished salmon with some of the greek salmon. Garnish with dill sprigs and serve the salmon with the remaining salald.
