Start by peeling and slicing the bananas into 1″ pieces.

Next place the the sliced bananas on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze until firm. Or place the sliced bananas directly into a large freezer bag and freeze in a single layer.

When the sliced bananas are frozen transfer them to an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 weeks before making the nice cream.

Place the frozen banana slices, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a food processor and process until it's the consistency of soft serve.

Serve with any or all of the optional toppings. Sliced bananas, toasted coconut, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and berries are all delicious!
