creamy chia pudding

gluten free | vegan | dairy free

these puddings are downright addictive and can be made in just minutes. we love them topped with tropical fruit or with berries!

step 1

start by measuring out all of the ingredients. we love mixing up the spices between cardamom and cinnamon.

step 2

blend together the coconut milk, choice of sweetener, spices, and vanilla.

step 3

stir in the chia seeds.

step 4

then portion our the chia pudding. I like using 1 cup mason jars and pouring 1/2 cup pudding.

step 5

refrigerate the pudding just enough that it sets, then top with your choice of fruit. refrigerate and eat in 2-5 days depending on what fruit you choose.
