a few simple ingredients and just minutes of prep, this salsa beef is the perfect family dinner and makes great taco bowls!

step 1

start by measuring the spices and salsa. then chop the onion and bell peppers into small dice.

step 2

mix the beef together with the onions and peppers in the slow cooker bowl to break up the ground beef.

step 3

add the spices to the salsa and add the mixture to the slow cooker bowl.

step 4

mix to thoroughly combine, then let the slow cooker do all the work!

step 5

serve as desired, or cool and freeze as part of meal prep for an even easier meal another time. we love this salsa beef in taco rice bowls with shredded lettuce, red onion, avocado, more salsa, and sour cream.
