this easy and healthy cashew chicken is better than takeout and loaded with veggies and flavor!

Start by mincing the ginger and garlic, then mix up the sauce and cut up the green onions.

stir fry the ginger and garlic briefly, then add the veggies and stir fry until crisp tender.
