Start by measuring out the ingredients listed. You'll find all the substitutions on the blog, along with tips. You can use my homemade berry sauce with frozen berries or fresh berries as well.

spoon yogurt into your chosen containers, top with berry sauce. Then portion our the granola into small containers on the side. Store the fruit and yogurt in the fridge, and the granola in the pantry.

Or you can make these parfaits with fresh berries as well, but they don't last quite as long in the fridge, usually 3 days.

Assemble with yogurt, fresh berries, granola and a drizzle of honey.
