garlic butter mushrooms

perfectly caramelized edges, scented with garlic butter and fresh herbs, these mushrooms are outrageously good with just about anything!

Let's start by slicing the cleaned mushrooms, and mincing the garlic and rosemary.

sauté over high heat stirring only as the mushrooms brown until tender.


1- clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. If you wash them under running water, allow them to completely dry before cooking. 2- cook over high heat for the best browning. 3- don't overcrowd them in the pan or they will steam rather than sauté which is what makes them rubbery.
