Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Just 15 minutes!

classic antipasto flavors burst from this italian chopped salad full of salami cheese, and juicy veggies.

step 1

prep all the ingredients listed, you'll find all my tips and substitutions over on the blog.

step 2

Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Then melt the butter in a large skillet, add the garlic and cook just briefly over medium heat being careful not to brown the garlic.

step 3

Next add the white wine and cook until almost gone before adding the cream. Bring the cream sauce to a boil being careful not to boil the sauce over the edge. Simmer until the sauce is just thickened and coats the back of a spoon. While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta in salted water.

step 4

When you’re ready to toss the sauce together with the pasta, add the parmesan cheese and turn off the heat.

step 5

Toss the freshly cooked pasta together with the sauce and season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle with more parmesan and fresh parsley if desired and serve.

step 6

Serve immediately with additional grated fresh parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chopped parsley if desired. Pair this pasta with your favorite protein like chicken or shrimp.

3 key tips

1. this pasta is great with basil, or try the rosemary option listed.

2. pair this pasta with simple veggie side dishes for a meatless meal.

3. or try adding chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
