Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Just 15 minutes!

quick and easy to make, this garlic parmesan sauce is the perfect indulgence and pairs with steak, chicken, seafood, pasta, and more!

step 1

prep all the ingredients listed, you'll find all my tips and substitutions over on the blog.

step 2

melt the butter in a large skillet, then add the garlic and cook just briefly over medium heat being careful not to brown the garlic.

step 3

Next add the white wine and cook until almost gone before adding the cream. Bring the cream sauce to a boil being careful not to boil the sauce over the edge. Simmer until the sauce is just thickened and coats the back of a spoon.

step 4

When you're ready to serve the sauce, add the parmesan cheese and season to taste. Don't boil the sauce to prevent the cheese from turning grainy.

step 5

Serve with everything! Just kidding... but this sauce is great with steak, chicken, seafood, fish, pork, veggies, or freshly cooked pasta.

step 6

Or toss it together with freshly cooked pasta and serve with my side dish suggestions over with my garlic parmesan pasta recipe.

3 key tips

1. this pasta is great with basil, or try the rosemary option listed.

2. pair this pasta with simple veggie side dishes for a meatless meal.

3. or try adding chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
