banana cake

perfect moist and fluffy this banana cake is extra awesome topped with chocolate buttercream frosting! it's gluten free with dairy free options too.

step 1

start by whisking together the dry ingredients. then blend the wet ingredients and add this banana mixture to the bowl.

step 2

mix until just combined and there are no flour lumps. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan.

step 3

bake until puffed in the center and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely before adding frosing.

step 4

enjoy this banana cake as is or top with the chocolate buttercream, or any of my other frosting options, (cream cheese is incredible too)!
