Next mix together the ricotta, eggs, and parmesan and set the mixture aside.

Then brown the sausage and add it to the sauce. There's an option to make your own sauce, or to use your favorite tomato sauce for pasta, and you can't go wrong with either one.

Now it's time to start layering, spoon just enough sauce into the bottom of the baking dish to cover it before laying the noodles in - no need to boil first!

Next spoon half of the ricotta mixture onto the noodles and spread it as evenly as possible before topping with grated mozzarella.

Then spoon more sauce over the mozzarella and add another layer of lasagna noodles, breaking up a few pieces as necessary to fit the baking dish.

Top with the remaining ricotta mixture and sprinkle with cheese before spoon over some sauce, then 1 last layer of noodles, the rest of the sauce and finally the mozzarella and remaining parmesan on top.
