chicken teriyaki salad

grilled teriyaki chicken piled over a salad loaded up with peppers and caramelized grilled pineapple and topped off with a teriyaki dressing. this salad is definitely a crowd pleaser!

step 1

start by marinating the chicken for at least 1 hour, but overnight for the best flavor.

Then prep all of the salad ingredients, and mix together the teriyaki dressing.

Next preheat the grill and slice up the pineapple.

then we'll grill the chicken and the pineapple slices until the chicken is done, 6-8 minutes per side, and the pineapple is caramelized.

Arrange all the salad ingredients in a large serving bowl and top with the sliced/diced chicken and pineapple.
