all the best flavors of fish tacos piled onto a cilantro lime slaw and topped with mango salsa and chipotle aioli, these bowls are all flavor!

step 1

Start by mixing together the spice mixture for the chicken, peppers, and onions.

Next preheat the oven and cut up the peppers and onion.

step 3

Mix the chicken onions, and peppers together with the spice mixture until coated and roast until done.

step 4

serve with avocado and chopped cilantro along with your choice of fajitas and a batch of my fire roasted blender salsa.
