detox Green Smoothie

easy to make and the perfect way to get several servings of fruits and veggies in, the detox green smoothie is a great way to balance out holiday indulgence.

step 1

start by peeling the oranges and cutting up the apple. You can also use frozen pineapple in place of the apple, or replace the kombucha with orange juice for extra  vitamin c.

step 2

layer everything into a high powered blender with the greens on top. Add the half the liquid for a thicker smoothie.

step 3

blend until smooth and enjoy right away!

1.  add banana to taste for a sweeter smoothie.

2.  use fresh orange juice instead for extra  Vitamin C.
