super creamy and completely dairy free, this coconut ice cream is easy to make and vegan as well. it's perfect as is or with any favorite baked dessert recipe.

step 1

start by measuring out all of your ingredients. I like to use Grade a amber maple syrup as a natural sweetener and it doesn't add much maple flavor.

step 2

then blend the ingredients for the ice cream base together and chill before freeezing.

step 3

freeze the chilled ice cream base until it looks like soft serve ice cream. Serve immediately or place in the freezer to firm up a couple more hours.

step 4

serve as is like vanilla ice cream. Or serve it topped with your favorite fruit. It's also perfect alongside anything baked like apple crisp or peach cobbler.
