Jalapeno Turkey Burgers

jalapeno turkey burgers over a creamy slaw and grilled portabello mushroom all topped with tomatoes and aioli!


step 1

Lets get started by finely shredding the cabbage for the slaw. I like savoy or napa cabbage here because they have a softer texture, but regular cabbage works too.


step 2

Next combine the shredded cabbage with the rest of the veggies and toss with the creamy dressing.


step 3

Next grill the jalapeno burgers along with the portabello mushrooms.


step 4

serve the grilled turkey burgers with the creamy slaw, grilled mushrooms, sliced tomatoes and extra aioli.
