easy to make and naturally gluten free, these flourless cookies are made healthier with coconut sugar and no artificial dyes!

Start by measuring out the ingredients listed. You'll find all my tips and substitutions over on the blog.

Preheat the oven, then beat the butter, coconut sugar, and peanut butter or nut butter of choice together.

Then beat in the eggs one at a time to thoroughly incorporate before adding the salt and vanilla extract.

Add the oats, then the M&M's and semi-sweet chocolate chips, mix on low speeds just to combine.

Portion out the cookies with a cookie scoop, flatten lightly with your hand, and decorate with more candies if desired.

Bake until lightly puffed with crispy edges and a chewy - gooey center. Let cool slightly on the pan, then transfer to cooling racks to completely cool before storing.
