packed with flavor and easy to make this grapefruit green smoothie helps you get your fruits and veggies in with just minutes of prep work!

step 1

start by prepping all the ingredients. I like to use at least 1 frozen ingredient to make sure the smoothie is frosty but also for smooth creaminess.

step 2

juice the halved grapefruits, or use fresh bottled juice. I don't like to use the whole grapefruits because the white pith is too bitter.

step 3

add the frozen pineapple, grapefruit juice, avocado, and spinach to a high powered blender.

step 4

blend until smooth and enjoy right away for the best flavor. This smoothie also keeps pretty well refrigerated for 4+ hours.
