Roasted Sweet Potatoes

easy to make, these roasted sweet potatoes are the perfect healthy side dish to so many meals!

step 1

prep all the ingredients listed, you'll find all my tips and substitutions over on the blog.

step 2

Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.

step 3

spread the cubed sweet potatoes out evenly on a prepared baking sheet, you can also use a baking mat.

step 4

sprinkle sweet potatoes with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter. toss to combine and roast.

step 5

Roast until the sweet potatoes are browned on the edges and perfectly soft. You'll find all my serving suggestions on the blog.
