Next, drain the canned tuna fish well and add it to a bowl. Lightly break it up with a fork or spoon.

Add the green onion, cilantro, mayonnaise, and sriracha to the tuna fish and mash to combine. The mashing helps to bring out a bit more flavor from the green onion and cilantro.
