coconut and lime come together in a dynamite combination that no one can resist! it's perfect paired with steamed rice and extra cilantro!

step 1

let's get started by mincing the ginger and garlic. Then zest the lime and diced the onion and measure out the lime juice and fish sauce.

brown the chicken, then remove it from the pan and sauté the onion along with the garlic and ginger.

simmer the sauce to reduce it, then add the chicken back to the pan to finish cooking.

season to taste with lime juice and fish sauce. Then garnish with cilantro and sliced chilis if desired.
