Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Using a spoon, scoop out the avocado from the skins, and add them to a bowl.

Mince the onion, cilantro, and jalapeno and juice 1/2 of a lime.

Add the minced onion, cilantro, and jalapeno to the avocado and begin to mash.
