This Green Detox Smoothie has been my go-to for a reset after holidays and special occasions when I've indulged! I find myself craving the freshness of fruits and veggies, and this smoothie is just the trick.
16ouncebottle of Kombucha(ginger is my favorite flavor), see notes or 1-2 cups of orange juice added to your desired consistency
3cupsbaby spinach3 ounces
Instructions
Place the oranges, cut up apple, and kombucha or orange juice in the blender. Blend on low until the fruit is broken down, this makes room for the spinach.
Add the spinach to the blended fruit and blend, increasing your speed to high and blend until smooth and creamy in texture.
Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 day.

Notes
You can use apple or orange juice in place of the kombucha if you can't find it. I like to use kombucha because it contains probiotics which is a great extra boost!Also, you can use half the kombucha for a thicker smoothie.The nutrition facts are calculated using 2 cups of orange juice and a Pink Lady apple.
