Mince the garlic or use a garlic press, roughly chop the cilantro and juice the limes. You can also make this without a blender, just chop the cilantro and garlic finely.

place the strawberries into a blender along with the vinegar and salt and pepper, or you can season to taste after blending.

Blend until smooth and serve as desired or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
