start by preheating the oven and prepping all the veggies.

then whisk together the eggs and mix in the veggies.

Next pour the veggie egg mixture into a pie pan or baking dish of choice.

Bake until puffed in the center and golden brown around the edges. The egg mixture should be set all the way through the middle.

serve immediately or slightly cooled with more fresh tomatoes and basil. You can also cool this breakfast bake, slice and portion it out for meal prep.
