Greek Yogurt Dressing

healthy | easy | 10 minutes!

easy to stir together in less than 10 minutes, this creamy Greek yogurt dressing is perfect as a dip or as a salad dressing.

step 1

Start by measuring out the ingredients listed. You'll find all the substitutions on the blog plus all the best herbs to use as variations to dill.

step 2

Start by juicing 1/2 a lemon. I like to use a reamer like the one pictured above to make this easy.

step 3

Next chop up the fresh dill, discarding any larger pieces of stem. This recipe also works really well with basil instead of dill!

step 4

Then in a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, granulated garlic, and granulated onion. Be sure to mix the granulated garlic and onion well so there are no lumps.

step 5

Then slowly mix in the olive oil until it’s completely combined. Finally, season to taste sea salt and pepper. Add the optional sweetener and refrigerate.

step 5

serve this Greek yogurt dressing as a dip for veggies drizzled over your favorite green salad. Or use this dressing in chicken salad or tuna salads in place of mayo.

3 key tips

1. Fresh herbs taste best in this dressing, use your favorites like basil or parsley as a variation.

2. this yogurt dressing is perfect drizzled over tomato or cucumber salads.

3. use full fat Greek yogurt for the best texture and flavor.
