Then finely chop the garlic, ginger, and stir together the stir fry sauce. You can also prep the step ahead of time to speed up your dinner.

To begin cooking the stir fry, brown the ground pork, using a utensil to break it up into small bits as it cooks, then remove it from the pan and set it aside.

Then in the same pan, add the oil and lightly stir fry the garlic and ginger just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
