Mushroom Cream Sauce

Just 15 minutes!

quick and easy to make, this mushroom cream sauce is the perfect indulgence and pairs with beef tenderloin, steak, chicken, seafood, pasta, and more!

step 1

prep all the ingredients listed, you'll find all my tips and substitutions over on the blog.

step 2

Start by cleaning the mushrooms and slicing them. I like to use crimini mushrooms for this sauce for more flavor.

step 3

Next sauté the mushrooms in a skillet over medium-high to high heat, stirring only as they brown. Higher heat helps the mushrooms brown nicely rather than steam in the skillet.

step 4

Next add the rosemary and white wine to the pan and reduce until the wine is reduced by half. Add the cream and simmer until lightly thickened.

step 5

Serve with everything! Just kidding... but this sauce is great with steak, chicken, seafood, fish, pork, veggies, or freshly cooked pasta.

step 6

serve this sauce with my roast beef tenderloing for the ultimate pairing.

3 key tips

1. Don't skip the white wine it adds incredible depth to this sauce.

2. pair this with beef tenderloin for special meals and holidays.

3. make this sauce ahead and reheat to make your dinner easier.
