Smoked Chicken Breasts

step 1

Start by assembling all the ingredients listed and preheat a pellet grill to 225ºF.

Next evenly coat the chicken breasts with the olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and optional seasoning mix.

Place the chicken onto the preheated pellet grill and let the grill work it's magic for about 60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165ºF. Larger chicken breasts will take up to 90 minutes.

Follow the steps for the optional sear or serve right away with your choice of sides.
