tropical green smoothie

easy to make and packed with nutrients this tropical green smoothie is my all time favorite smoothie. it's also dairy free and vegan as well.

step 1

start by prepping all the ingredients. I like to use at least 1 frozen fruit to make sure the smoothie is frosty but also for smooth creaminess.

step 2

place all the fruit, greens, liquids, and any superfoods into a blender.

step 3

blend until smooth, at least 1 minute and enjoy right away for the best flavor.

3 key tips

1. add the fresh fruit at the bottom for easiest blending.

2. use a high powered blender for the smoothest texture.

3. enjoy as soon as possible, but it can be refrigerated for a few hours.
