step 1

start by cutting up the romaine into shreds, then wash and spin dry with a salad spinner.


step 3

halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes or dice up regular-sized tomatoes.

when all the veggies and toppings are ready, cook the ground beef adding the taco seasoning just before the meat is done and stirring to incorporate while the meat finishes.

serve family style over rice or sweet potatoes, or portion out into bowls.

add as many toppings as you'd like and don't skip a squeeze of fresh lime juice over the top.
