gluten free | easy | make ahead

easy to make for family dinner, these baked turkey meatballs are also freezer friendly. try serving them with your favorite dipping sauce or with tomato sauce and pasta.

step 1

Start by measuring out and prepping the ingredients listed. you'll find more tips and substitutions on the blog.

step 2

Start by adding the ground turkey, almond flour, egg yolk, granulated garlic & onion, plus the sea salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl.

step 3

Next mix the ingredients into the ground turkey until evenly combined. A sturdy spatula or spoon will work well.

step 4

Next up use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the meatballs, you should have around 36. But you can also make these any size you’d like, just adjust your baking time.

step 5

You can either bake them as is or roll them into a better-rounded shape with your hands. Ground turkey can be quite sticky, so I recommend using oil on your hands to make this easy.

step 6

Bake until golden browned and just done in the centers.

step 7

Serve the meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce like ketchup, honey mustard, ranch, or bbq.

3 key tips

1. add your favorite herbs or seasonings to these all purpose meatballs.

2. make a large batch to freeze for later dinners.

3. use ground pork or ground chicken in place of the ground turkey.
