Easy to make and better than the olive garden, this Whole30 Zuppa Toscana has a dairy free option + instant pot & stove top instructions.

Start by measuring out the ingredients listed. you'll find more tips and substitutions on the blog. You can make this the classic way as well with the heavy cream option.

Start by dicing the onion, mincing the garlic, then thinly slice the kale, cube the potatoes and finely slice the bacon.

Next sauté the bacon until just browned, then add the sausage and break it up into small bits. Instant Pot and stove top instructions included.

Then add the diced onion, garlic, and the spices. Stir to combine, then turn off the sauté function if using the Instant Pot.

Add the potatoes and chicken broth. Then simmer until tender or pressure cook for the time listed.

When the cook time is up, add the coconut cream and thinly sliced kale. Or use the measurement for the classic heavy cream if desired.
